Reynolds pitches up at Eroica Britannia 2015

Reynolds pitched up at the delightful (and first ever) Eroica Britannia which took place on 17-19th June 2015. Over 50,000 people attended the event from all over the world in the quaint market town of Bakewell in The Peak District.

The three fun-packed days included a bike ride around the beautiful surrounding countryside. And it wasn’t just any old bike ride – it was a unique tour, ridden on haggard roads using ‘bone shaker’ bikes, which were all pre-1987, while riders were dressed in vintage clothing. It was quite a spectacle!

Vintage clothing and pre-1987 was the oder of the day for the Eroica ride.

Vintage clothing and pre-1987 bikes were the order of the day for the Eroica ride…

As well as the bike ride and fabulous live music stage, there was a whole host of bike brands and designers showing off their wares including ourselves. We pitched up in a fitting marquee complete with our top tube samples and exhibition bumf. We were delighted to see several faces old and new – including our friends from Pashley and Mercian cycles.

A brilliant weekend was had by all!
