Starling Cycles Murmur V3

The Starling Cycles Murmur V3 is built to go flat out between the tape or in the mountains. With an award-winning steel frameset and 853 tubing, V3 brings several subtle but significant updates and was also given a glowing review from The Radavist.

In the words of Starling, “The Murmur is built for raw speed, bags of confidence and full control. It’s the perfect choice for privateer racers, bike-park lappers or big-mountain senders. We’ve combined ‘Enduro’ and ‘Trail’ models with a simple solution to combine both options into one frame, using an adjustable shock mount. The seat angle has been steepened for a better pedalling position and we’ve raised the BB a touch to add manoeuvrability.

We also now have an aluminium insert in the seat tube to stop seized posts, a stronger anti-flare headtube, a better-looking asymmetrical headtube gusset and we’ve moved the main pivot to the swing arm for a wider interface. Last but not least, we have a new cast main pivot part, which is neater and stronger than ever.”
